Hello and welcome to my DeviantArt. I'm really excited to be joining such a huge and vibrant community of artists - I've been away from art and painting for about 13 years, and am finally finding some time to create the things I want to make.

A few words about me as an artist: I'm a big fan of dimensional art, whether it's sculptures or just painting in a style that really brings the forms to life, and has things jumping out of the page at you. I aspire to paint the same way myself and bring the beauty and intensity I see in the world around me to life, though with mixed results! I also sometimes take a detour into expressive abstract painting, though the majority of my work is representational. Some of my more personal pictures can be heavily symbolic and pretty surreal.

As a human being, I live in East Anglia (in the UK) with my partner and our family of computers and guitars. I own far too much knitting wool and sewing fabric, and people who know me say they think my brain would be a really interesting place to go on holiday. I look forward to meeting some other deviants!
